This achievement marks a shift away from the traditional model of developing individual custom products; instead, the company has built systematic capabilities across key areas — including R&D of high-end, safe rubber sealing materials, standardized production, and compliance verification — thereby solidifying its core competitiveness in the field of high-precision, high-safety sealing components.

As global manufacturing standards evolve, industries are imposing increasingly stringent requirements regarding material safety, environmental friendliness, and regulatory compliance for core components. Driven by both policy regulations and end-market demands, downstream clients now require BPA-free seals that offer not only precision sealing, structural stability, and durability, but also freedom from the risk of harmful substance leaching, making them suitable for high-end, safety-critical applications.
To address this industry challenge, DoitRubber focused on its clients’ core needs and launched a specialized R&D project for BPA-free silicone rubber seals. With a goal of achieving a systematic, end-to-end development process, the company dedicated itself to overcoming technical hurdles associated with high-end, safe sealing materials.
Materials form the foundation of product quality. To ensure the purity and compliance of its BPA-free products, DoitRubber prioritized raw material selection and verification. Adhering to rigorous standards, the R&D team conducted multiple rounds of material comparisons, formulation adjustments, performance testing, and safety assessments. After 12 months of continuous refinement and validation, they selected high-quality raw materials that met BPA-free safety standards. This approach eliminated the risk of harmful substances at the source, laying a solid quality foundation for subsequent product development and mass production. This extensive material verification process not only confirmed safety and compliance but also established material parameters tailored to the company’s production processes, ensuring the product met requirements for both safety and functional performance.

Following the successful validation of raw materials, DoitRubber established a dedicated production workshop for BPA-free Food Contact Materials (FCM) to prevent cross-contamination during manufacturing. By establishing dedicated production spaces, optimizing workflows, and implementing specialized control systems, the company has created standardized, regulated, and professional production conditions for BPA-free products. The deployment of a dedicated production line enables independent control over the manufacturing of BPA-free seals, effectively eliminating the risk of material and process cross-contamination associated with standard production lines, thereby ensuring stable mass production and consistent delivery.
Following this, the project advanced to the stages of prototype manufacturing and customer validation. R&D and production teams conducted sample manufacturing in strict accordance with high safety standards, precisely controlling key parameters such as dimensional accuracy, sealing performance, and safety metrics. After multiple rounds of optimization and fine-tuning, the prototypes met high industry standards across all indicators and successfully passed compliance testing by professional agencies. Upon delivery, the samples underwent comprehensive validation under real-world operating conditions and successfully passed rigorous customer audits, meeting the client’s requirements for high-end, highly safe products.

The successful execution of this project has provided DoitRubber with invaluable technical and manufacturing experience, enabling the establishment of an end-to-end development system that encompasses material screening and verification, product R&D and prototyping, dedicated production line setup, finished product testing and certification, and customer-site validation. This comprehensive R&D and manufacturing framework is highly versatile and scalable, allowing for rapid adaptation to the BPA-free, high-safety sealing product needs of diverse industries and clients, while significantly boosting the efficiency of developing and delivering high-end, customized products.
Currently, DoitRubber’s proprietary BPA-free material system has been successfully implemented; it was first applied to seals for micro-pumps and valves, successfully passing customer validation and entering commercial delivery. Leveraging its mature technical and manufacturing capabilities, this solution can be extended to sectors with stringent material safety requirements — such as medical devices and food-contact equipment — thereby continuously expanding the application scope of high-safety sealing products.
