January Commendation Concludes: Salute Models, Strive On!

As the new year begins, we embark on a new journey; glory is built through hard work. On March 11th, the DOIT January Commendation Conference was successfully held. All colleagues gathered together to witness the elegance of role models, share the fruits of struggle, draw a successful conclusion to the hard work in January, and inject impetus into the journey of the new year.

1. Speech by Leaders: Uniting Hearts and Forging a New Journey
A new journey begins with clear direction. At the start of the conference, Section Chief Dong Yudan from the Inspection Team delivered a speech. She reviewed the diligent efforts of all colleagues in January, recounted their gains and growth at work, and expressed earnest expectations for the new development journey, pointing out the direction for everyone to unite and move forward, which inspired all attendees greatly.

Shi Langye, Packer: Diligent and responsible, dedicated to his post;

3. Excellent Team Leaders: Leading Teams, Consolidating the Foundation of Development
Teams are the foundation of enterprise development, and excellent team leaders are the helmsmen guiding their teams forward.
The honored team leaders, He Jiangfang and Yin Dongyuan from the Pump & Valve Team, have been deeply engaged in production sites. With professional management and outstanding coordination abilities, they have led their teams to achieve remarkable results repeatedly.
Team Leader He Jiangfang: Led the team to reduce the inspection reject rate from 8.4% in November to 6.9% in January; the delivery achievement rate reached 95.5% in January, and the proposal improvement completion rate remained 100% at all times.
Team Leader Yin Dongyuan: Reduced customer complaints from 12 in September to 5 in January, and optimized the reject rate by 3.4%, with impressive performance across multiple indicators.

4. Quality Models: Upholding Standards, Safeguarding the Lifeline of Quality
Quality is the lifeline of an enterprise. Four quality models, with strong quality awareness and zero-error performance, have become guardians of quality in their positions.
All of them have low rework rates, working hours of over 400 hours, and no customer complaints, material mixing or wrong material issues:
✅ Hu Qiong: Rework rate 11.8%, working hours 707.96, interpreting adherence to quality through efficient work
✅ Cao Xiantao: Rework rate 2.6%, working hours 497.3545, zero errors in all quality indicators
✅ Luo Xiaohun: Rework rate 9.1%, working hours 417.1, strictly controlling every detail
✅ He Xiaomei: Rework rate 9.1%, working hours 404.68, safeguarding product quality with actions

5. Proposal Improvements: Promoting Development with Ingenuity
No innovation or improvement is trivial; every thoughtful idea fuels development.
In January, many colleagues based on their own duties actively put forward practical improvement proposals, contributing wisdom and effort to the company’s development. The conference awarded honors to all participants of proposal improvements, paying tribute to every dedicated and creative mind.
Among them, two proposals were selected as Excellent Proposals for effectively solving practical problems in work and life:
Improvement of Hygiene in Female Dormitory Corridors by Jiang Xuenong from the Administration Department
Improvement of Product Cutting Failure Caused by Air Pressure Backflow by Tang Zhengyuan from the Pump & Valve Team
Jiang Xuenong shared her experience in creating excellent proposals on site, providing valuable insights and methods for more colleagues to participate in improvement initiatives.

6. Message from the General Manager: Navigating a New Journey
Continuous progress cannot be achieved without guidance from leaders.
At the end of the conference, General Manager Yu Hairong delivered a speech. He fully affirmed the hard work and dedication of all colleagues in January, pointed out the direction for the company’s development in the new year, and expressed high expectations. His sincere instructions clarified the goals for everyone and gathered strong momentum to forge ahead with diligence.
The glory of January has become a prelude, and the struggle for the new year is just beginning.
The Commendation Conference is not only a recognition and reward for outstanding role models, but also an inspiration and encouragement for all DOIT members.
In the future, may all DOIT family members take role models as benchmarks, work hard with unity and enterprise, stand firm in their posts, achieve new successes in the new year, and write a new chapter of DOIT’s development with struggle and sweat!
