Bayangkang precisely controls the quality of DOIT raw materials and patiently guides new employees. O-shaped Bayan Jin sacrificed his rest time and worked in shifts to ensure DOIT product delivery. In a time of crisis, Ba Chen Yucheng was entrusted with the task of taking over the shift and led the team to successfully complete the DOIT production targets. Zhong Leixin independently explored solutions to avoid production risks from the source for DOIT O-rings and other products. The return-to-work rate of the DOIT medical department under Cao Xiantao remains the lowest among all departments. DOIT medical team leader Gu Qiuji led the team to significantly reduce the defect rate by 1.4% and achieve a 100% delivery rate in December for DOIT medical seals. Under the leadership of Chen Yucheng, the team leader of the DOIT Comprehensive Business Unit, the number of customer complaints in the team has continued to decline, and the defect rate of DOIT industrial seals has improved by 2.1%. The proposals of Xie Ye, Ruan Zhongshang and Zhao Ling were awarded as excellent proposals for their strong practicality and innovation in optimizing DOIT production processes and product performance. In the commendation for improvement achievements, Wu Wen won the excellence award, Li Jingwei and Gao Haiqin were awarded the first prize, and 13 partners including Zhong Ying received the second prize.
