Li Jingwei of the Tooling Department has been deeply engaged in the R&D of 45-degree precision rubber sealing rings. Through repeated attempts, he has broken through technical bottlenecks and successfully implemented the project, enhancing the company’s competitiveness in high-precision rubber molding.
Lin Jinyi, a rubber O-ring molding worker who has been on the job for only one month, has caught up with senior employees with extremely high efficiency in custom rubber O-ring production, becoming a "rising star" in the workplace.

At this special session of the conference, we extend our highest respect to Master Yang Yuping, the first employee of DOIT who is about to retire—an integral part of the company’s growth in silicone precision rubber seals manufacturing!
Fifteen years ago, Master Yang joined the fledgling DOIT with trust. Under difficult conditions, he remained at his post in rubber parts production and witnessed the company grow from its infancy to a trusted manufacturer of custom rubber sealing solutions. With every word and deed, he has influenced generation after generation of DOIT people in upholding the pursuit of quality in precision rubber molding.
